a. Login in and then click on “Company User Maintenance” link on the "My Account" page
b. Click on “Add a new user”
c. Create the user account with “BASIC” user privileges as this will allow them view only privileges with no editing privileges. After the user is created, click on the “Sites” link next to the user name to control which sites that user can view. A checked box next to the site name means they have viewing privileges for that site.
