We ship worldwide using FedEx Ground or Fedex Express shipping services.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship within 12 months of the date of shipment received. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.  Batteries are explicitly excluded from this warranty.  Our complete warranty is found  here.

If you have a product you believe is defective please contact us  to make sure the product is in fact defective and to arrange for a return or exchange if it is.  Unopened and undamaged items may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund excluding shipping charges.
