Larger corporate networks often use "Proxy Servers" to control the content that employees are allowed to access. For a OmniSense gateway to ork on a network which uses a proxy server there are several choices:
1 - ask your IT department to create a rule on the proxy granting the gateway unrestricted access to the internet. You will usually need the gateways MAC address (found on the bottom label) to do this.
2 - configure the gateway to use the proxy server by changing the "Remote Server IP" configuration setting to the IP of your proxy server. You may also need your IT department to put our web server on the proxy server's "white list" i.e. the list of servers the proxy server will allow acces to.
