Over the years we have continued to evolve with cellular technology and upgraded the cellular modems we use inside our G-3/4/7 gateways. Fortunately we log the make and model of cellular modem in our online database and you can easily check what type of modem your gateway has. To do this login to your account and in the upper left click on the gateways link. Then click on the gateway ID and a new window will open showing details about the gateway and its cellular status.
