You can use a WiFi repeater such as the TP-Link N300 WiFi Extender https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DHLCLCY?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details when you need to increase the distance between the gateway and the Command Hub device.
When you set it up you will be asked to name the extended network. Use the same name as the OmniSense gateways’s network, ie OmniSense_xxxxxxxx where “xxxxxxxx” is the gateway ID. The dehus will search for and join any wifi network with SSID Omnisense_xxxxxxxx and should not care if they join the gateway’s network directly or through the repeater. Then plug the repeater in roughly midway between the gateway and the dehu so it can bridge the distance.
